To meet Specialized’s vision, M-Cube designed and implemented a comprehensive retail digital innovation strategy. In the Munich store, which spans 1,000 sqm, we installed diverse digital touchpoints across multiple levels.
As customers enter, they are greeted by two large LED pillars that prominently display Specialized’s brand message. These visuals immediately immerse visitors in the world of cycling. Inside the store, a large LCD screen in the bike handover area and several smaller LCD screens equipped with the Lift & Learn Solution provide interactive opportunities for customers to engage with products. Sales assistants can also use these digital tools to enhance customer conversations, offering a unique and personalised shopping experience.
Our Digital Signage Solutions don’t just inform, they entertain. Customers can explore Specialized’s range of products in detail, and even simulate a bike ride, making their shopping experience not just about choosing a product, but about living the cycling lifestyle.
