We designed the Digital Customer Journey of the restaurant, managing all the digital touchpoints and positioning them in the right spots, in order to maximize customer’s engagement.
The main touchpoint has been the Menu Board, a digital solution for customers to discover Frittenwerk’s products and make the order process easier..
To make the customer experience more immersive we also took care of the Sound Design, creating an environment closer to the customers, connecting them to the brand values.
