We all know: the QSR chain, it contains the name itself, speed in service is among the most important factors. To make this happen, a very high display clarity of the available products is required. Speed is not synonymous with inattention. Frittenwerk aims to make processes more fluid and effective. However, it also wants customers to feel a place with personality, with soul. In this sense, our services can help the brand convey their message and values optimally.
We designed the Digital Customer Journey of the restaurant, managing all the digital touchpoints and positioning them in the right spots, in order to maximize customer’s engagement.
The main touchpoint has been the Menu Board, a digital solution for customers to discover Frittenwerk’s products and make the order process easier. The Menu Board allows a fluid, automated and convenient customer experience.
To make the customer experience more immersive we also took care of the Sound Design, creating an environment closer to the customers, connecting them to the brand values.
In this way, the brand has been able to create the right atmosphere within its store: a simple and interactive purchasing process, combined with the right audio content, tailored to the brand identity, give customers a unique experience that strengthens the relationship with the brand and thus improves the in-store traffic.
